It seems surreal to be at the point we are in our home ownership journey - settled in and living a regular life in our improved and renovated space. The truth is I’m a bit of an addict when it comes to renovation. For nearly two decades, I’ve been buying and renovating homes. We have been settled into the finishing of our exterior for just about 2 weeks now. I can say with certainty that no one in the neighborhood is sorry to see the siding start after months of staring at our haphazard exterior. Paying homage to the home’s original colonial character, there will be a formality to the space that feels appropriate, while keeping spaces durable and functional for a busy family of 6.
